Nito started his coaching career in 1990. From 1993 until their retirement, he coached Cecilia Baccigalupo and Adriana Costagliola, leading them to world championships in 1994 and 1996 and establishing them as dominant figures in the Women’s Circuit throughout the 90s. He has guided numerous players to the professional level, including Sebastián Nerone, Sebastián Grandinetti, Diego Goldzand, Federico Pérez Millán, Rodrigo Ovide, Fernando Cavalleri, Juan Manuel Vázquez, and Daniel Sandoval, among others. In 1993, he began training Gabriel Reca, who would later become his playing partner.
Nito served as Sebastián Nerone’s coach (Argentina's number 1 player and a two-time Olimpia de Plata winner in 1999 and 2001) from the start of his career in 1990 until late 2006, with Nito and Gabriel Reca supporting Nerone's sporting achievements. In 1995, Nito coached the duo of Sebastián Nerone and Gabriel Reca (then world number 2) on the Spanish circuit championship (later known as the World Padel Tour), where they secured three championships in Marbella, Sotogrande, and Puerto de Santa María. He returned to Spain in 2006 to coach Reca-Nerone again, solidifying their second-place world ranking. During this time in Spain, he also trained Catalina Tenorio and Valeria Pavón before the Murcia World Cup, where they were runners-up in the pairs championship and champions in the country championship.
In 2007, Nito began coaching Hernán Auguste and Gabriel Reca, who were the world's number 3 duo. He continued to coach professional players like Gabriel Reca, Federico Quiles, Xisco Monterde, Guillermo Demianiuk, Cutu Pérez Millán, and Diego Cipriano. In the 2011 and 2012 seasons, he trained Gaby Reca and Agustín Silingo, who won a World Padel Tour trophy and were runners-up in another WPT tournament.
In 2018, Nito coached his daughter, Delfina Brea, and her partner, Ana Caterina Nogueira, leading them to the 10th position on the WPT. He also coached Maxi Sánchez and Sanyo Gutiérrez, who finished 2016 as the world's number 1 pair. For his extensive accomplishments, Nito was named "Best Coach of the Year" at the 2018 PadelSpain World Padel Awards. He was part of the coaching team for Sanyo Gutierrez and Maxi Sanchez, then world number 1s, until July 2019. He continued to train and coach his daughter, Delfina Brea, to achieve a top 10 world ranking. Most recently, as a coach, he was part of the AD/vantage padel team that won the first edition of the Hexagon Cup in Madrid in February 2024, alongside players Sebastián Nerone, Delfina Brea, Sofia Araujo, Martín Di Nenno, Juan Tello, Pol Hernandez, and Pablo García.
